1. How early should I place my order?
The earlier the better! The sooner we get your order in, the sooner we’re able to secure the perfect blooms for your event. Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance.
2. Will my flowers look exactly like the pictures?
Nope! They’ll be better ;) We purchase flowers based on seasonality, so flower varieties will vary by season. The color palette will remain the same and many of the base flowers will as well. You can anticipate having roses, spray roses, and stock year round. The rest will vary based on the season. Have questions? Email us at haley@cedarandlimeco.com.
3. Do you have a minimum?
Yes, we have a $500 minimum.
4. How do I get my flowers?
Flowers can be picked up from our location in Fairfax Station, VA. Delivery starts at $150 for events within 50 miles of our studio in Fairfax Station, VA. Please email us at haley@cedarandlimeco.com for more delivery information and for pricing on delivery beyond our 50 mile radius. The Grove by Cedar and Lime Co is not responsible for setup.
5. Where do my flowers come from?
Whenever possible, we source our flowers from local flower farms. When we can’t find what we need locally, we look to other flower farms across the country. If we can’t get it American grown, we will import.
6. Can I customize a collection?
While we don’t offer full customization, we can make slight variations. Don’t love the blue in our Lover Collection? Want a touch of peach added to our Enchanted Collection? Let us know and we’ll do our best! You can also book a full service wedding through Cedar and Lime Collective.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance. Any cancellations made within 15 days of the event will not be accepted and the customer will not receive a refund.
8. How do I care for my flowers?
You will be given a flower care sheet when you pick up your flowers so you can keep the flowers in excellent condition. Cedar and Lime Co is not responsible for the care and condition of the flowers once they have been picked up or delivered.
9. Can I return the vases?
Yes! We love reusing vases whenever we can, and we’re guessing you don’t need 6 matching compotes laying around your house! If you return your vessels to our studio within 14 days of your event, you will be issued a 5% refund! Please contact us at haley@cedarandlimeco.com to arrange the return.
